Terms and Conditions

Ordering:

To order products, add them to the shopping cart.

To place an order, find the product and the correct quantity and click the button ‘Add to cart’. When placing an order, you can select whether to place it as a visitor to Golden Tattoo’s purchasing platform or by registering as a member.

To place the order, please fill in the data necessary for delivering the package. If you wish to send the package to someone else, please fill in the fields for shipping to a different address, and fill in the information of the person receiving the package.

Upon placing the order, you will be given an advance payment invoice, which you can pay immediately using a bank link or a bank transfer. Invoice for the confirmed order is also sent to your e-mail address in case you wish to pay for the order at a later time.

We will ship the products once the invoice has been paid. We will ship the products on the working day following the payment of the invoice. We wish you enjoyable shopping experiences in our online store!

Bank links
Swedbank, SEB Pank, Danske Pank, Nordea Pank, LHV Pank. Upon placing an order, an invoice is displayed on the screen. To pay using a bank link, click the bank link icon. Copy of the invoice is sent to your e-mail address in case you wish to pay for the order at a later time.

Payment with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard)
After placing the order, the customer is redirected to a secure payment environment for making the payment. The environment displays a pre-filled in payment order, which details the amount to be paid. Once the card number, security code (3-digit code on the back of the card) and valid to date are entered, the transaction is authorised in the customer’s bank. Upon requesting the card information, we use the SSL security protocol and MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa security programs, which ensure that unauthorised persons cannot eavesdrop on or change the information being exchanged.

Bank transfer
Upon placing an order, an invoice is displayed on the screen. Copy of the invoice is delivered to your e-mail address, and you can make the payment at a convenient bank with a bank transfer in the online bank or at the bank branch. When paying with a bank transfer, make sure to include the order number and name in the explanation field.

Right to return:
Goods bought at the Golden Tattoo’s online store are subject to a 14-day right to return as of the delivery of goods.
The right to return has been established to ensure that the delivered goods comply with the order.

Returned goods must be unused and in the original package. To return the goods, submit a respective application to our e-mail address info@kuldnetattoo.ee within 14 days as of the delivery of goods.

The goods are returned at the expense of the customer, and in this case the original delivery charge is not refunded.

Upon returning the goods, the purchased product/products must be returned without delay, but no later than within 30 days.

The returned goods are refunded without delay, but not later than within 30 days.
The consumer’s right to return is established pursuant to the legislations.

Sales conditions:

  1. Validity of sales conditions
    a) Sales conditions shall apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between the customers of Golden Tattoo’s online store (hereinafter Customer) and Golden Tattoo OÜ (hereinafter www.kuldnetattoo.ee).
    b) In addition to these terms and conditions, legal relationships arising upon the purchase of products in the kuldnetatoo.ee online store shall be regulated by legislations in effect in the Republic of Estonia.
    c) Kuldnetattoo.ee shall retain the right to make amendments to the sales conditions and sales prices. These amendments shall be provided on the website of kuldnetattoo.ee.
  2. Prices
    a) All prices shown on the kuldnetattoo.ee website are not inclusive of value added tax.
    b) Shipping cost pursuant to the delivery method selected by the Customer shall be added to all purchases.
    c) Prices shall be valid as of placing the order until the expiry of the payment deadline for the placed order (7 days after placing the order).
    d) In the event that the order has been placed before an amendment to sales conditions or price change, terms and conditions in effect at the time of placing the order shall be applied to the legal relationships arising between the Customer and kuldnetattoo.ee
  3. Placing an order
    a) Add the products to the shopping cart.
    b) To place the order, click the link ‘Proceed to checkout’ in the shopping cart.
    c) Select whether you would like to place the order as a visitor or through your user account.
    d) On the page of placing the order, fill in all the required fields, select a delivery method and click the link ‘Place the order’. An invoice is then displayed, which you can pay using a bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Sampo, Nordea) or as domestic payment in other banks. Information for making a domestic payment is shown on the invoice page displayed after placing the order.
    e) Upon placing an order, an order confirmation is also sent to the e-mail address provided in case you wish to pay for the order at a later time.
    f) Outstanding orders shall be cancelled in 7 days after placing the order.
  4. Entry into force of the contract of sale
    a) The contract of sale shall enter into force once the full order amount has been transferred to Golden Tattoo OÜ’s bank account.
  5. Delivery
    a) Once the contract of sale has entered into force (the Customer has paid the invoice), kuldnetattoo.ee shall compile and deliver the order within the following working day.
    b) To ensure a timely delivery, please be careful when entering delivery information upon placing the order.
    c) In the event that products, but not the product packaging, have been damaged during delivery, the products shall be replaced for the Customer. In the event that replacing the product proves to be impossible, we shall offer the option of compensating the cost of the damaged goods.
    d) Kuldnetattoo.ee shall not be liable for the delay in delivering the goods, provided that the goods have been handed over to the logistics partner in time to deliver them to the client on the date of delivery, but the delivery is delayed due to circumstances that kuldnetattoo.ee could not have affected or foreseen.
  6. Right to return
    a) Once the order has been delivered, the Customer shall have the right to return the ordered products within 14 days.
    b) Returned products shall have to be unused and in an unopened original package.
    c) The Customer shall cover the cost of returning the goods (up to 10€). Kuldnetattoo.ee shall cover the costs of returning the goods, provided that the ordered goods were different to what was ordered.
    d) To return the goods, submit a respective application to our e-mail addressinfo@kuldnetattoo.ee within 14 days following the delivery of goods. The Customer shall be contacted and returning the goods shall be coordinated at the first opportunity, but no later than within 14 days.
    e) The returned goods shall be refunded to the Customer once the returned goods have been inspected, but no later than within 14 days.
  7. Liability
    a) Kuldnetattoo.ee shall be liable before you and you shall be liable before Kuldnetattoo.ee for any damage incurred by the other party as a result of breaching these terms and conditions in the circumstances and to the extent provided in the legislations in effect in the Republic of Estonia.
  8. Force majeure
    a) Kuldnetattoo.ee shall not be liable for damages incurred by you or a delay in the delivery of goods, provided that the damage or delay in the delivery of goods is due to circumstances that kuldnetattoo.ee could not have affected or foreseen.
  9. Protection of personal data and security
    a) Information and personal data collected during visits to Kuldnetattoo.ee website and placing orders shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties.
    b) Encrypted data communication with banks upon paying for purchases shall ensure the security of the Customer’s personal bank details, and Kuldnetattoo.ee shall not have access to these.
  10. Procedure for making complaints
    a) Kuldnetattoo.ee shall be liable for the non-compliance with the contract terms or defects in goods sold to the Customer that are discovered within up to two (2) years as of the delivery of the goods to the Customer.
    b) !!!Kuldnetattoo.ee shall not be liable for defects that have occurred in the products due to the Customer’s fault, for defects that have occurred in the product as a result of incorrect storage or use. The defects shall include deficiencies in the product but not in the product packaging.
    c) In the event of non-compliance or defects in the product, the Customer shall have the right to require the product to be replaced with a compliant or defect-free product or a withdrawal from the contract of sale and returning of the goods at the expense of Kuldnetattoo.ee In the event of withdrawing from the contract of sale, Kuldnetattoo.ee shall refund the amount paid for the goods together with a delivery charge to the Customer to the bank account indicated by the Customer within 30 days following the return of the goods and inspecting and identifying the defects, at the latest.
    d) Upon discovering a non-compliance or defects in the product, please submit a complaint detailing the name of the person who placed the order, contact phone, order number and a detailed description of the product’s non-compliance or defect to the e-mail address info@kuldnetattoo.ee.
    e) The complaint in the event of discovering a non-compliance or defects in the product shall have to be submitted within two months as of discovering the non-compliance or defect in the product.
    f) All complaints shall be reviewed and the Customer shall be connected at the first opportunity, but no later than within 14 days following the receipt of the complaint.
